Happy Monday to you!  I hope you had a great weekend, filled with lots of activities that made you happy.  On Saturday, hubby and I went to the movies and saw The Imitation Game; wow, it was a good movie.  It will be interesting to see what type of Academy Awards it is up for.  We had a game night at our youngest daughter's home on Saturday night; always such fun.
Yesterday was a relaxed day and today will just be grocery shopping and maybe getting the backing for my quilt. I'm hoping to get it sandwiched with the batting and backing, plus start pinning it so I can quilt when I'm recovering.  My Dr. is supposed to call me tomorrow to let me know about the scans and set up an appt. to see her.
It is a beautiful day here and should get into the 60's; for those who are living in the path of the storm on the east coast-please stay safe.
Hugs,
Noreen

  3. It sounds as though you enjoyed a great weekend. I worked in the yard mostly. The trees in my neighbors yards shed their leaves into my pool :( Lots to clean up! Anyway, I hope you have a super week. Praying for good results for the scan and a scheduled surgery date! Blessings, Cindy xoxo

  6. Hope you get all of your medical stuff straightened out Noreen! It is always good to have an activity of some kind planned for your recovery period. The temps in the 60's sounds really nice!! It is zero here right now and feels MUCH colder with the snow and the wind. We will have quite a bit of snow, but my brother in CT will get the full force of the storm. I am in touch with him constantly by phone as he lives alone and I worry about him. I have to decide on the movie for this week and I really wanted to see Still Alice with Julianne Moore, but it is not playing here yet. Have a good day! Hugs to Hunter! xo Jeanne and the girls
