Monday Smiles

Good Morning Peeps~Hubby forwarded me an email today that had all sorts of wonderful dog and cat graphics but it is too long to put them all here, so I picked out a couple I love, just to share with you. Enjoy!

Hunter definitely agrees with this little guy-I think he'd live on treats if I let him.
I totally agree with this but I would add that each home had more than one dog.
We had a great afternoon yesterday; I did some much needed trimming in the yard and then we watched the Broncos play the Chargers....great game and I'm thankful the Broncos won! Hubby is thankful that I actually enjoy watching football with him, such a change from past years-prior to moving to Colorado. I can honestly say watching it on a big screen was what got me hooked, because it is like being there in person. For me, watching any sports in person has always been so much better, but not anymore.  Before you go thinking we have a big screen, we don't, but we have friends who love to share their afternoons watching games with us.  We actually have a nice size screen and it is fun to kick back and watch the games.
I am thankful that it is Thanksgiving week and we will all be together.  I know that we will probably play games after dinner-maybe Uno, dice or something else.  A great way to start the holiday season.
I am thankful that Hunter is small enough that I can bathe him whenever I want; in fact yesterday after Lily went home, I put him in the  sink and he looks so much nicer today.  Once he gets groomed on Wednesday we will begin taking Christmas shots of him, in his hat and collar and sitting in the sleigh.  I hope to get some good family shots on Thursday too, so we can get cards ordered.  So many of you are already ahead of us; I'm just thankful that hubby is going along with his silly wife and including Hunter in ours.
I hope you have a wonderful Monday!
Hugs, Noreen & Hunter

  1. Not silly to include Hunter in the card. I bet he will make it even more special. MOM is discovering the joys of having more than one dog in the home. I rather like it too. It's twice the fun.

  2. We are always looking for that perfect home because everyone at the shelter including the dogs and cats agree...every home needs a pet!

  3. I enjoy watching football on a big screen too, but I still have to be in the mood, haha. We were sad to see the Chargers lose however. ; )

Enjoy your Thanksgiving with your sweet family Noreen!

  6. Hi Noreen! I have been so busy, I'm afraid I am quite behind in reading blogs. Chloe is feeling a bit better and that makes me feel so much better!! I did order our cards, but didn't go through getting any props or anything this year. Last year I sent out about 75 cards between our own family cards...and the BlogPaws Christmas Exchange. Not sure if you are participating in the blog exchange or not?? Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and glad Hunter is all cleaned up!! xo Jeanne, Chloe and LadyBug

  8. I miss the days of bathing a dog in a sink. Steph says she loves the Bronco part of living in Colorado....our Chiefs are not doing so well. I'm hoping to get some family shots while Steph is home this weekend. 28 hours to the plane landing! I'm trying to pace myself in my cleaning today. Yesterday was doing all the shopping and other errands. Today cleaning and tomorrow baking. I'm going to try a new Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie along with a Coffee cake for our daughters birthday Thursday. It is a layered cake that is coffee flavored. It is AMAZING...found it The Pioneer Woman. If you have a coffee lover you should try it sometime. Blessings to you for a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. So much to give thanks for...all that we have and all He has yet to accomplish! Believing!
