Four Years Old

Today is a special day in our home, our Hunter turned four today.  He is so different from the scraggily looking puppy we got; he's grown and mellowed into a wonderful companion who is spoiled rotten, but gives so much love.  I had planned to go to a "boutique" pet store and get him a little doggy cake or cookie, but ran to Pet*mart instead and got him this cookie as well as some new food. I just received a huge order I placed with Mr. Chewy and he had some of the food this morning.  He is probably one of the top dogs we've ever had~he gets along with the other family dogs, the two neighbors dogs and loves(really adores)the grands.  We couldn't ask for a better companion.

Last night hubby and I went to our small town high school for a Varsity girls basketball game-such fun and our team won 73-26, way to go!  I haven't been to a high school game since our daughter was in high school, I forgot just how much fun they can be.  We are having a heat wave here today-right now we are sitting at 46 degrees.  I've got two granddaughters coming for sewing and then later we have a neighborhood holiday party to attend.  Love this time of year!
