From One Day To The Next

Happy Thursday to you! Earlier this week, I was able to sit outside in the sunshine and read. Look what our weather is today; it started yesterday afternoon with thunder, lightning, rain, slush and hail. Today we woke up expecting snow, but it didn't start until about an hour ago. It is a wet snow and will help our lawns green up as well as the plants, but seriously I am so in the mood for more warmth. Here is the view from our deck.

Thankfully our waterfall is continuing to run; I just love the sound!

We don't have much on the agenda today-run a couple of errands and then go to some friends for dinner. I hope that you are enjoying spring, unless it's snowing and if so then staying warm.
Blessings,
Noreen

  1. Blimey your weather is quite bi-polar. We are lucky we have lovely sunny warm days and if it chills it is only slightly. Have a tremendous Thursday.

  2. Hi Norine! Yikes, just looking at that snow makes me shiver. It's supposed to be in the high 60's today, but it was only in the 40's this morning, and overcast. We're not going to make that temp today.

My dad is back from Florida and forgot his Kindle cord, so I was out getting him a new one. I'll deliver it this afternoon. I'd like to get some writing done, and hopefully some editing. A quiet day for me too!
So nice to see you :) Hope you are fully healed,

  4. It's about 70 right now, doors are open and breeze is blowing through. The wind outside is really strong and it's supposed to be in the 90's by Saturday, so I'm enjoying the moment! Your cold will be gone soon and your late spring/summer will be gorgeous and we will be sweltering in the 120's. Many blessings for the day! Cindy

  7. Spring can be so schizophrenic! Something tells me the bounty of beauty that is your home state is full of glorious life with each passing day.

It's definitely Spring in my little corner of the world, though nights still behave like Winter. Looking forward to some sitting & musing time.

    Blessings & hugs,
    Kathleen

  9. We saw all the snow on the news tonight. At least it won't last long. We didn't get much snow at all this winter, but we do need rain.

    Enjoy your day.
