Happy Thursday friends~Just wanted to share some fun times that Hunter is having with Petrol. I am so thankful that they get along and play well together. Petrol seems to have settled in and although she follows me everywhere, she is being pretty nice to Hunter. Yesterday afternoon, the dogs got into a play frenzy-they did several laps around the yard and then brought their wrestling match inside where it was air conditioned. Their playtimes begin so quickly that I've been using my phone to try to get photos-I apologize for the blurriness. I'm thinking maybe I do need to go to one of the DogBlog conferences to learn how to get better action shots.
Since hubby left yesterday on a golf trip, the dogs are good company for me. Petrol is as good of a watchdog as Hunter is and it makes me feel pretty secure, except when someone comes to the front door around 9:00 p.m. I can tell you that I was glad there were two barking dogs, although small, they were on alert. I didn't answer the door and didn't even go up to the living room; just kept quilting away.
I'm off to walk and then bike, hopefully we will do 8 miles today. Each day is getting a little longer and if we can get out before it is really hot, I'm happy. The rest of the day will be busy as well; I'm hoping in the evening to bloghop.
Have a great day filled with gratitude for all the blessings in your life.

Hunter it is so good to see you having a great time. And way to protect the mom. Noreen, if it is as hot there as it is here (100 degrees and more) better get out on the bike early. Enjoy your day together.

Good morning! Glad you've got your little guard dogs there with you...they are soo cute! I have had SEVERAL dilemmas in the making of my latest rag quilt...sigh. However I have pressed on. lol. But I sat in front of the TV last night working on it. A first for me...Enjoy your day Noreen!

Glad things are going well! Try setting your camera on a burst setting. That way you usually get a few good ones (as long as the light is good). Some of mom's favorite pics came from the burst setting.

Oh that would be scary to have someone knocking at the door at that hour of the night. Yay for little dogs barking their heads off.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you've got great company to enjoy and protect you!! I hope you've had a good day, and stayed cool--I keep seeing on the news the record heat in your time zone.
ReplyDeleteHunter, you look like you're having a blast with Petrol! Our mom is fairly good with the camera - but zoomies are faster than cameras! Ha rooooo!
