Winter has decided to make its presence known. As I said earlier, Hunter and I were out walking but shortly after we got home, it started snowing-hard. It has been coming down now for about 40 min. and we already have at least an inch and a half. Our street is covered; it isn't plowed, so going out looks questionable. So much for the errands I planned to run. This is the first substantial snow we've gotten this winter; reminds me of the first year we lived here. I texted our dog trainer to see if she would hold class in her garage tomorrow but haven't heard back-o.k. so my age is showing. All I can do is hope.
Stay warm!
Such beauty. Wish I was there with you to gaze outside and share a coffee... Love you.
ReplyDeleteHi, all of our snow is gone after yesterday's rain. they say it's suppose to get really cold starting tonight!! ugh, that will mean layers here too.
ReplyDeleteHAppy weekend!!
It has been snowing here since Thursday afternoon and it's still snowing. They say it will stop sometimes on Saturday. So brace yourself I am sure it is all headed your way.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes my MOM like Person of Interest. She did watch last night while reading a book. I don't know how she does both at the same time. Keep warm friend.
Blessings,
Goose
Brrrrr I can feel it! I am freezing as I am looking at your beautiful pictures!..Stay warm and cozy!
ReplyDeleteThe snow photos are pretty but that is just tooooooo cold! We are at 68 degrees this afternoon and we have light rain!
ReplyDeleteSo happy that you and Hunter got in a walk earlier today. Stay safe and keep us posted.
And here we are in the low 60's....crazy weather for us. We did have some rain yesterday but I wish we could get some good heavy, wet snows...maybe over weekends to not cause as big a problem with commuting but OH FOR SOME MOISTURE. It sure looks pretty there. ENJOY!
ReplyDeleteWe are all snowy here so maybe it is all coming to you?? Have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteKeep Calm & Bark On,
Murphy & Stanley
Very pretty, I am feeling very generous and will let you keep the snow. ~smile~ We are experiencing spring like weather, but as they say here in N.c. "stick around it will change."
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend.
Hugs,
Sue
Yep....stay warm and inside! Wait until they plow to even think about going out! Sounds like some sewing might be in order, too! :o)
ReplyDeleteIt is SO pretty Noreen! I would NOT want to do dog training in it either though!!! No how, no way!!! Good staying in weather, if you ask me!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
Oh yes! Stay warm and keep sweet Hunter warm as well.
ReplyDeleteDoes Hunter love the snow or is he staying inside where it is warm. I keep looking for Bert but he goes outside and lays in the snow. After a few minutes of snowing on him, you can't even see where he is.
ReplyDeleteThat boy loves snow.
Bert's My Vickie
Wow, it has been snowing on and off down here this afternoon, but nothing has stuck and it isn't even snowing now. I wouldn't mind the snow but am not looking forward to the cold we are supposed to have this weekend. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful is this!? Warm and cozy in the house sounds good...enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a weird winter- Your pictures are lovely- We have rain and fog here today- unbelievable for us this time of year- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not we may have temperatures nearing record temps this weekend!! There is actually a fog alert in effect right now...which is very strange for Upstate NY in January!! The snow melted rather quickly over the past couple of days. I probably would like that show Person of Interest if I would just watch it! Seems I don't have as much time for tv these days...I try to catch up online when I can. Love that I can watch ABC or NBC shows anytime on my ipad! Hugs to Hunter and stay warm!! xo Jeanne and the girlz
ReplyDeleteWow you did get lots of snow!!! It is really so pretty.
ReplyDeleteWe are finally getting winter. I am so glad you got all of that snow.
I hope you stay warm too.
Oh, your place looks like ours - blanketed in snow! Last I heard, we had 6-7" and because I don't need to drive in it, I love it! But it is quite cold, and even our Lucy (golden retriever) doesn't like to be out too long. I haven't been reading blogs so much lately, and it was nice to come by yours for a visit!
ReplyDeleteWe've had spring like weather here today, and our outside has turned into a big mud-hole and of course it's being tracked inside. I wish we could get some snow to make it all pretty again--But I guess it would melt and I'd have a worse problem, wouldn't I? :-) I do hope you've enjoyed your day and your snow!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so beautiful! Please feel free to keep it all on your side of the state line, though. (Don't tell Zim and Dave I said that!)
