Happy Wednesday

Well, I've been to the gym for my hour class and then walked a mile on the treadmill and my body is telling me it isn't used to this!  I really didn't think I was in that bad of shape but girls you'd get a laugh if you saw me in the class, plus my scale is telling me that our house has had too many sweets lately.  Our sunny weather has left and it is overcast and cold, a great day to stitch and read.  Tomorrow we have our brunch for our ladies study and if the weather is nice, I may try and ride in the afternoon.  How about you?  What does your day hold?

  1. Mom wishes she had more time for walks and exercise. We try to get her out there, but some days it just doesn't happen:(

  3. I totally get it! I lost 40lbs last year and although I haven't regained any of it I'm not doing so well in the keeping up on my exercise bike riding! :( Getting old is the pits! Still trying to stay alive tho! :) ahahhah

  4. It's sunny here ... but very, very windy. It's warm enough to get out and ride ... but with the wind, it's just not going to be any fun or easy at all to try to ride into that wind. But I think it will be ok to get outside for some walking.

    The grands are not coming over ... Mama and T#1 aren't feeling very well, so they're going to pass on the field trip. :-(

  7. Zoie has been giving me a bunch of exercise for the last 4 months. I should have blogged about her 4 months mark but decided not to.
    Giving Reggie some good quality protein is not spoiling her!!!

    I'm quite sure you would put me to shame in the area of exercise!! I have just been hustling around to stores, wholesale flower shopping, you name it!! Got a good bit done today for wedding #1!! Whew...but the house is a wreck and her shower is here on Saturday!! I will be getting my workout straightening and cleaning!

  11. I wake up each morning thinking I will put on my exercise tape. But alas, my writer's conference happens next week and duty calls. At least that's my excuse this week!
