Fantastic Friday

As I picked these two bunches of lilacs yesterday I realized that their fragrance blesses all those within close proximity to the bushes. Do our lives bear a sweet fragrance of faith that blesses those whom we come in contact with? I hope and pray mine does and that others are refreshed after being with me but in truth the only way that can happen is by being with my Savior and allowing His Spirit to pour out of me. I want my life to so reflect Him that whenever others have been with me they will have memories of a sweet incense of prayer, devotion and love for the Lord that lingers even as the fragrance of lilac lingers in my home.

Have a blessed weekend celebrating our country's rich heritage.
