I borrowed a book on Tasha Tudor from my daughter yesterday. I have seen several of her children's books but this is a book on her garden entitled Tasha Tudor's Garden with photography by Richard W. Brown. What a delightful book this is and so inspiring; although this grand little lady passed away about a year ago it is still thrilling to read of her life with art and gardening.
Until this year I hadn't heard of her but I am so glad I did and I hope someday to be able to plant bulbs and plants that are similar to what she had. Many of her favorites are mine as well and I've come to love flowering crab apple trees~which I hope to plant in the near future.
If you can get this book from the library or add it to your collection by all means do-you will enjoy it!

ReplyDeleteHi Noreen,
ReplyDeleteGood to hear from you. loved the
lil bunny, he was so sweet. Also,
as I was reading about the book you are reading was wondering if you ever saw the movie "Miss Potter", it is about Beatrix Potters life. It is a delightful
movie.
No, the birdhouse is not mine, it was a pic from an old magazine that
I put an effect on. I thought it was neat too.
It is good to be feeling great again. Thanks for your well wishes
and for stopping by.
Blessings, Nellie
I heard of her from a fellow blogger and just saw one of her books a couple of months ago. I think I'd love the one you're referring to!!
