As you can see we had a wonderful weekend in the mountains. Saturday's weather was perfect, the mountains were majestic and the elk were around for our daughter and her family to see. Our grand daughters loved having
nana and papa with them and Peanut did well on this trip. What more could a
nana want than spending time in the mountains with her grand daughters and seeing lots of wildlife? Yesterday we woke up to a light dusting of snow and slight drizzle but the snow capped trees were delightful to behold.

Wow; such beautiful photos! Imagine you had a light dusting of snow and we in Phoenix had 100 degree heat ...almost. Much too hot too early in the season. I think I would have preferred the mountains.
