Go TEAMS!

Saturday night I was up alot as Hunter had an intestinal issue and I just couldn't sleep; so yesterday I knew it would be a very relaxed day.  We watched the 49er's game and we thankful that won; then we cheered on the Broncos and thankful they pulled out a victory.  Now we are just hoping that both teams will their playoff games next weekend so that they can play eachother in the Super Bowl.  It is hard to believe I'm actually writing this because for years the only thing football meant was time to read or sew.  How things change!
Hunter is at the groomers today, he was in dire need of a cut.  I give him lots of baths, when needed, but he needed a trim in the worst way.
I hope you are having a good morning so far.  The sun is out here and snow is melting , yes!

Blessings,
Noreen

  1. I watched the games with my husband yesterday. I should have been taking down ornaments from the trees but I couldn't do both! Hope Hunter is feeling better today. I am only a Super Bowl watcher but decided to try to spend more time with my husband. Our little girl Skye is in desperate need of a haircut. I too bath her often but hope to get her cut next week. Have a great day.

  2. Well it's going to get into the 80's here today. The Santa Ana's are blowing. We are Chargers fans over here so the game was kind of disappointing. I never really watch the games until we get to this point, but my hubby and kids are such fans it is hard not to get involved...Now we will root for the Patriots though, lol. Enjoy your week Noreen, and hope Hunter is doing better!

  3. Noreen,
Hard to believe that Super-bowl is right around the corner. We are Cowboy fans, but they never make it to any play offs :(

  4. I am a Packers fan (born and raised in Wisconsin so it is in the air) and also a 49ers fan (live in California now). That was a great game Sunday, especially seeing Kaepernick, Gore and Boldin in action.
Let's cheer them on in their next game.

  10. Not a football fan here ... but honestly, I still quilt while watching baseball or hockey on TV (those are "my" sports). Face it, any time I can sit down and relax, I've got a needle in my hand! ;-)
