Good Afternoon to you; I can't believe the day has gotten away from me.  Actually, I've been as busy as a bee today. We have close friends that are coming for dinner-you know those friends who don't live nearby and only come over occasionally.  I began by vacuuming and cleaning everything; then I went onto cooking.  We are having Olive Garden's Chianti Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli and for dessert Chocolate Mousse.  I've never made the Beef dish or the Mousse-it is fun to try out new recipes but can be a bit unnerving if you aren't a gourmet chef.  After dinner we will play cards and enjoy their company. I promise to get some photos of the meal; I have had the main course before, both my girls make it and it is so delicious.
