Garden Tour

Before you get any ideas, this is not my yard-I can only dream about it! Last Friday, I went on a garden tour with two blogging buddies and we got to see four yards with incredible design and flowers.  These homes are not mansions or estates, just your normal everyday neighborhood but the owners have taken time to create the most incredible spaces.  So many seating areas-just boggles my mind.

You all know how I love bird houses and these homes did not disappoint!

Lots of different colors used in this yard and themed areas.

Love the wrought iron.
Quilts on the front porch-my heart be still.

                                                              Too Cute!
Beautiful Peonies; last year hubby and I went to buy some until we saw the price tag on a small clusters-so now I just drool and admire others peoples plants.
I loved this screen porch-wish I had one.  The gal had it decorated so cute.

The other side of the screened porch-wouldn't you love a glass of Iced Tea here?
I did come away with tons of ideas but don't think hubby will let me implement them.

  1. I love pretty yards, I just don't have the stamina to obtain anything as beautiful as these..Like you, I'll just enjoy what others have done...!

  2. Oh thank you so much for sharing those beautiful photos! I would LOVE a gorgeous backyard like those ... but I don't have the $ to get one. So I'm learning to be satisfied with our small deck and the small assortment of potted plants on it. ;-)

  3. These were just much time and energy goes into these yards and porches but oh the pay off is amazing......

I am like you I love screen porches......this is so cozy...

I am so glad you shared these with us and that you hung in there and got them posted.......

  4. Oh Noreen...I want to come! How fun that was....I LOVE to see peoples designs and yards too etc. How wonderful would that be to create? I was always going to design and have the "perfect" yard but it never did happen, haha...Too little money, and while I could "see" what I wanted it my head, I just don't have much of a green thumb. This was fun. Have a good day my friend! HUGS
