After spending the evening last night, with our youngest, canning 40 pounds of peaches I am ready for a fun and relaxed day.  We've got our local town parade this morning but other than that we don't have much planned.  I hear the garden calling me to finish what I started yesterday but I may just take the day off.
Whatever you are doing, find some time to go have fun today.
Happy Labor Day!

You deserve a relaxing day today. 40 pounds of peaches are a lot. umm you will enjoy all winter.

We are relaxing today with no plans. We just got a new kitty last Friday so she is entertaining us.

Tomorrow it is back to work and Wednesday it is back to the dentist to find out why this new filling is making my gums sore.

    Have a Happy Day!
    Blessings

  7. Happy Labor Day to you Noreen! Canning 40 pounds of peaches; wow. I've never canned in my life but I do love peaches. How fun to have them all year long.

  8. Love peaches!

Noreen, please pray for rain here in Texas. The fires continue...thousands more acres and 500 homes in the Austin area have been destroyed in the last couple of days.
