Last weekend I was unable to paint with hubby due to a mild case of vertigo so I was stationed on the patio keeping a watchful eye of him. This was the easiest way for him to paint the trim on the back of the house.
This shows a better perspective of just how high the roof line is-what a man I married!
We are on the downhill stretch now with just the trim on the front to finish and the garage door~boy does it feel good. I will take more photos of the front once it is finished-it is amazing how fresh and clean it looks and I think the house looks bigger because of the lighter color.

  4. This is too cute. I had to show my hubby these pictures because he too paints our trim on our two story the exact same way. There simply is no other way unless you have a really large roofing ladder.

    Can't wait to see the pictures of before and after!

  10. I know you will be thrilled when he is finished, wow that is a long way up, my dh has vertigo too, and staggers like a drunk man at times, and he is a preacher and never drinks, lol it is rough, he needs me close by when doing anything in heights, hugs Barbara

  15. I am so scared of heights it made me dizzy just looking at the pictures. Your husband is a brave man.
