Thirty six years ago today, hubby and I stood at the altar pledging our love to one another, forever. Our song was Always and Forever by Heat Wave and it has stuck through the years. Many thought we wouldn't make it, but I believe our lives and marriage we ordained in heaven. One such story is that on one of our first dinners at my parent's house, we were all sitting enjoying ourselves; I happened to pull out a plate that was given to my parents when I was born; it had my name on it and is a plate I cherished. For some reason, hubby turned it over and the potter's name was John B. Taylor. My sweet man got a very funny expression on his face, because only the middle initial was off. We all got quite a chuckle out of this, but I don't think he was laughing.
Here we are on our wedding day; I can tell you that I wasn't sure this day would take place-he was a hard guy to catch. You can tell how in love we are just be looking at our faces.
Here we are now; a lot older and wiser and we've stuck it out. We are so incredibly blessed and I can't imagine life without him. There is no one that could ever make me as happy as he has.
Life has had hard times and sweet times, but I wouldn't change a day. You are still the one, Babe; I love you with all my heart.
Always and Forever Yours,
Nor

ReplyDeleteWheeleez Kayak Cart Mini w/Tuff Tires, easily stows in front or rear hatch. Of all the center carts on the market, the Wheeleez Kayak Cart Mini w/Tuff Tires has the most compact frame and smallest wheels yet it can handle as much weight as most bigger carts. The Kayak Cart Mini w/Tuff Tires looks like a typical center cart, but the wheels are filled with foam rather than being inflatable giving it greater reliability at an economy price, and Wheeleez quality throughout. If you are looking for a kayak cart that you can use on camping trips, this is probably the best there is. With a fully loaded kayak, we recommend putting only the wheels inside your hatch, the cart's frame can be folded flat and lashed on the rear deck to leave room for more gear inside the hatches.
Center carts allow you to put all the weight of the kayak on the wheels so you can pull your kayak like a little wagon with no weight on your arms.
Frame is made of marine grade anodized aluminum. Pull keeper pins to remove wheels. Frame folds flat to store on deck or in sea kayak hatch. That's it -- no tools required. Kickstand, cam buckle tie down straps and spare keeper pins included.
Folding Aluminum frame (27" x 10" x 4.3"), 20cm/8" foam filled flat-free wheels.
Static Load Rated at 121 lbs
Whoooa! Happy Anniversary!!

ReplyDeleteHi Noreen,
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy Happy 36th Anniversary.
Love to hear these stories and see
that people are still so happy after all those years together. It is inspiring....in fact, our Pastor just did a really cool thing on sunday to celebrate long marriages
in our church. He had everyone that was married over 25 yrs. to send in a wedding pic and they did a slide presentation with the wedding date and picture, then after a few minutes they put the name of the couple up. We had 71
couples turn in photos and there
were more that could have. But what an awesome experience it was
to see all those long term marriages all at one time. Very
Inspiring...........
Also wanted to tell yo to come over to my blog cause I am having a give a way and I wanted you to be able to get it on it too.
Hope yall had a super fun day,
