Outdoor Wednesday

Last Saturday, hubby and I joined our two good friends and drove up to the high places-aka Rocky Mountain National Park.  We wanted to see how high the snow was at Trail Ridge; it was a beautiful day and of course the scenery was breath taking as always.  I've got more photos to share on another day.
I was supposed to go up to Wyoming today with hubby and another couple as hubby and the other friend are playing in the Wyoming Open Golf Tournament, a pro-am, tomorrow and have a practice round today but our little old dog Reggie is having a bit of problems and I didn't feel comfortable leaving him for the entire day.
Hope you have a nice day.

  1. Wonderful photo, Nor! You look soo good!! And what a beautiful back drop!! I would love to see those mountains again one day! They are indeed breathtaking!!

    Love you lots!!
    Praying for Reggie.

  2. Noreen, I thought you would go somewhere beautiful for the 4th.
We still have snow in our portion of the Rockies too.
Glacier Park's Going to the Sun highway is still much to snowy to drive on. When the park does open, I'll bet it will be packed!
I hope your day with friends will be great............Denise

  3. Good morning! What a good pic of you and your hubby. Sorry about your dog. Praying for him and for your wisdom. Have a good day! HUGS

  4. Praying for you ....our dogs are so precious to us aren't they?!?! Praying you sense God's presence

  5. Beautiful picture of you and your hubby! We spent a week in Estes Park/RMNP last June. We drove up into the mountains -- approx. 10k feet -- and had snow falling. It reminded me of a Currier & Ives scene. ;-) Lucky you - I'd like to go back some time.

  6. your reggie is so sweet. so sweet! i am so sorry about his problems (and thank you for the note on my blog, about Boscoe). we lost toby at 12 1/2, due to heart disease. this part of dog ownership is so tough. bittersweet. but we woudln't miss it for the world.... all the best to you.

  7. That was a beautiful photo Noreen, thanks for sharing it with us.
I came to see you tonight to see how Reggie was?? He is still with you!! That is great!! How is he doing??
    xx, Fern
