Nature Wednesday

I'm not quite sure where my days disappear to; retirement is supposed to be laid back but I actually think I'm doing more each day then when I worked full-time. This picture was the first one we took with my new camera. It was last week after our blizzard had stopped and we just thought the ice hanging off our roof looked like icing on a cake. I'm thankful that most of the snow has melted and we are back to blue skies but according to our weatherman more snow is in the forecast. At least if it snows I will get some sewing done! Either way I love experiencing all the different seasons, inside or outside.
Have a great day and enjoy your weather.

Hugs to you this day!

  1. What a gorgeous picture. It does look like a very fluffy icing just about to drip off the sides. Great photo. Hugs, Marty

  4. That is a neat picture! It does look like icing...

Georgia weather does not allow for such sights! I could show you some nice red clay...

  5. That picture is so cool!! It looks fake!! I can't even imagine living with so much snow!!

The last couple of days have been overcast with showers here and there. Much needed showers! Our fire index is almost off the chart! Please pray for rain for us. The year Maddy was born, 1998, we nearly burnt up here with all the fires!

Blessings sweet friend!! So glad you're having fun with your camera!!
