Yesterday was a very special day for our family because our oldest girl,Carrie, turned 32. We did not celebrate it due to illnesses but will celebrate it on Thursday evening with her hubby and her brother-in-law who both have birthdays on the same day. But lest anyone think we didn't acknowledge her special day, we did but I had planned to do a post about the party later this week.
The above photo is Carrie with her youngest daughter, Miss A, just last month. Carrie has always been such a joy; it's been a true privilege to be her mom. Mature beyond her years from an early age, she was my sunshine and also my encourager. A young girl of deep faith who grew into a mature women, wife, mother; deeply rooted in her relationship with Jesus-a blessing to all who know her.
Carrie is a deep thinker and has a calm temperament just like her daddy. So my girl, just so you think I didn't want to honor you-I do, because you have been such an incredible daughter.
May our Lord richly bless you this year with all your hearts desires.
Love you! Mom
