ReplyDeleteMorning Noreen,
ReplyDeleteGrilled Sweet Potatoes, that sounds yummy! So tell me about the apple cider vinegar. How do you take it and how much?? We do anything we know of that work on cholesterol!! lol Jim's numbers are great tho, but hey, we don't mind improvement! lol
Hope yu are having a great time.
How is your back doing??? Well, I hope.
Good for you that yall are reading those labels. I am annoyed that now they are saying it has canola and or soybean oil for instance, so you really don't know what you are getting, more than likely the and or product!!
The food industry is always coming up with some way to trick people it seems like. I had noticed awhile back that they started making the ingredient labels so small you could hardly read them,
told Jimmy guess I am gonna have to start taking a magnifying glass to the store with me, but think the FDA must have gotten on to them, cause I haven't noticed that so much lately.
Have a lovely day hon,
Love and Blessings, Nellie
beautiful! hope you had a wonderful Easter!
