It's outdoor Wednesday, so hubby and I have decided to go to the mountains. Back in August, when our friends were here from Ca., we took them to Breckenridge for a day. We fell in love with this ski resort town and decided it would be fun to spend a couple of days there. Lest you think we are rolling in the money(we aren't), some friends gave us a two night pass to their timeshare so we could go. All we have to do is listen to a presentation; if they knew that was all it took to get us there, they(the sales people) might have changed they might have changed their minds-because we've done this many times. You get an invite to a condo resort and it is free as long as you sit and listen to their sales pitch. No problems here. Anyway, it is a beautiful area and I'm looking forward to spending more time wandering around downtown and on the river walk. I only hope there is no snow! I'm just not ready for it yet.

I bet you will have fun Noreen. I could listen to the sales pitch if it were not high pressure. LOL. The doggies look so cute. Blessings, xoxo,SusieReplyDelete

A wonderful place to stay to get refreshed.
What fun. I think DH would be willing to do something like that (listen to the presentation in exchange for a couple of nights' stay somewhere), but I dread the high-pressure sales pitch that surely must follow the presentation. ;-) Enjoy your getaway!ReplyDelete
