Happy Birthday Hunter

Our sweet pup is three today; he has made our lives so rich and full of laughter.  When we got Hunter, I had my mind set on another breed; I'm so glad we were led to him.  I know I've said in the past that we had never had a small dog since before we were married and I can honestly say I've turned into one of those ladies with a small dog.  We've given him his new toy and a new treat this morning.
Others news~I did not get to make my new dinner; Little Man took a tumble and his parent's had to take him in, so I went over and fed the kiddos and hung out til they got back from the ER.  It is such a blessing to be so close-I can get to each girls' house within 10 minutes max.  You would not believe how many times this has come in handy, for one reason or another.  Little Man is fine, but his nose will smart for a few days.  I can't imagine if they lived out in the country and it took me 15-30 minutes to get there, especially with having night vision problems.  We are so thankful for the angels that were around him yesterday.
Today I'm off to the chiropractor with hubby and then will be finishing getting ready for sewing class this afternoon.
Have a great day!
Hugs, Noreen & Hunter

  2. Oh Noreen what a darling picture of Hunter. Happy birthday to him! I LOVE the enjoyment you get out of that little guy. I am right there with you on the camera. I HAVE a nice Nikon too but have never progressed beyond using automatic and point and shoot. They are not clear enough to suit me. Sooo many of such gorgeous pics on other blogs motivates me to keep trying, but it just isn't me...yet, lol. I am WILL figure it out someday. You are SOOO blessed being so close to your girls. I am not really all that close to any of mine. The closest is still a good 30 minutes (by freeway) away, and then another is clear down in San Diego, a good hour and 15 minutes away, and lets not even consider Melody, lol. Nope, you are blessed indeed. Glad little man was OK. Luke (I think they are near same age?!) wondered around here with various wounds on his body, lol. Such an age for taking tumbles. Enjoy your day!

  3. ♫♫♫♫ Happy Birthday to you, Hunter! Amber wants to know if you have leftover cake! ♫♫♫♫

Yes, you are very lucky to live so close. We're 1 1/2 hours away from our daughter and with her serious health condition (Lupus), we've had to make many emergency runs to take care of her kids (or her). Not easy!

Hope the little guy feels better soon. (Poor little nose)

  13. Happy birthday, dear Hunter!

So glad that your little guy is ok. What a scare. What a blessing that you're so close ... I'm about 15 minutes from DD's. It's nice to be close for times such as that ... been there, done that myself many a time. ;-)
