Happy Outdoor Tuesday

Aloha Friends~Every day here in the islands are an outdoor days.  Today is a day when we hit the local stores, ABC store to be exact and get hubby about ten t-shirts.  Each time we are here, stock up on them.  Unfortunately, because he wears his island shirts constantly, many are gone by the end of the first year.  Yesterday, I was feeling very worn out and decided that I'm going to slow down the pace a bit, so that I'll be refreshed when we get home.  When I think about all that awaits us, I realize it will be months til we are unpacked and organized.  We decided we will start in the master, then the kitchen and then the guest room.  From there, we will move to the main living areas and I think my sewing room will be last.  We'll see.  Hubby will be away for about four days at the end of May, so I know I'll have time to unpack then.  Throw in a garage sale the weekend he is gone and you know I'll be busy. My girls will be with me then or we wouldn't be having one.
I hope you have a great day!!!
Hugs to you.

  2. You sound like you are having fun in the islands and I hope you find the 10 shirts for your hubby. That is a good plan to take some time to kick back and mellow out.

  5. Enjoy the fun time you can have now and don't even think of what is to come. Then take it one day at a time, and all will be well. It sounds like you already have a great plan in the works:)

  6. Rest while you can and soak up all the peace around you. You do have a super busy time coming at you, but you are not to think of it there. It will be home waiting on you, so be in the moment there and enjoy each day you have there. The insanity will resume soon enough. Enjoy your day and evening!
