Happy Friday to you! With all the craziness in our lives right now, the days are flying by so very quickly.
Yesterday was a full day and right before dinner, we got a call that someone wanted to see the house today(even though it isn't even listed on the MLS yet).
O.k. so I'll admit that I want it perfect for showings and that I probably have a little obbessive behavior issues. So after I got home from a ladies gathering at church last night, I vacuumed upstairs and started doing small things. We haven't had a time confirmed as of this morning, but my attitude is that I still want it in tip-top shape, just in case. Hubby is much more relaxed than I am. Hunter gets groomed today and there are some things I still need to do-such as polish the wood floors.
I hope you have a wonderful day filled with joy and a relaxing weekend, filled with sunshine.
Hugs,
Noreen

Good luck with the viewing and hope Hunter's grooming goes well. Hope you get some me time this weekend. Have a fabulous Friday.

I know how you feel, Noreen. I was always the same way.... the house had to look "not lived in", for each showing, when in fact it was more than "lived in" each moment of each day!! *lol*
ReplyDeleteHouses are hard to sell these days & it's a buyer's market. So I think you're wise to make your house as pristine & uncluttered-looking as you can & as you are able, for each showing. Selling a house is a very stressful time. I am praying, dear friend! Hang in there!!
Lovingly~ Andrea
XOXOXO
Oh the stress of selling a house! We had a beautiful day today, 77 degrees!

Mom will keep you and the sale of your home in her prayers. We all think you will be very fortunate and have a quick sale. Relax, it will all be fine.

Hi Noreen! How busy your life is! I hope the showing went well, and I hope you have a good weekend too!
ReplyDeleteThe stress of keeping a house ready for showings. I am like you, I was sure one piece of fluff was going to make or break it! Hope it goes well and sells soon.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, I remember the stressful time of trying to keep a house pristine for possible showings. I was still working when we sold our previous house ... that meant I had to get up very early so I could clean the bathroom and kitchen after we were done getting ready for work and done with breakfast. Not much fun ... thankfully our house sold fairly quickly ... and I'm praying that yours will, too, my friend.
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to pop in with some love and say,, I hope your weekend is good
