Friday evening the entire clan gathered at our daughter's house to celebrate her two oldest girls birthdays. Although they are five days apart, it is fun to share the festivities. Our group is so big that it is just like having a party with friends over; all the kids are the best of friends and that makes it extra special. Miss S started opening presents; I love the girls heart attitude-they are always so grateful.
Both girls got dresses for their dolls.
Both girls got Lego Friends sets; they love building with Legos and have quite the collection, even their dads from when he was little. Now days, the make "girlie" Legos and it is so fun to watch them create. I had hoped to have more photos of the fun but want to leave you with one last picture that hubby took on Sat. although it has nothing to do with the party.
The Pelicans are back; it always signifies spring time, even though it is almost blizzard like conditions here today. We are expecting ten inches by tonight and this morning it is snowing heavily and hasn't stopped. We have some errands to run so I better get going.
Have a warm and wonderful day.

: ) Kris
Looks like all had a fantastic time at the party. Saturday we were able to mow the yard and I thought Spring was really here. But this morning we woke up to snow. But ya gotta love those surprises. I know we do.

Can't believe you are getting snow. IMHO it shouldn't snow after mid-March - so snow in mid-April is just wrong! ;-)
ReplyDeleteLooks like it was a nice birthday party.
Good morning! The girls are both soo cute, and I love that they all get along so well. Happy birthday to them both! It is raining and gloomy here today too..what happened to our spring weather? Enjoy your day Noreen!

ReplyDeleteSadly I had to put an update at the botom of my post.
Hi Sweetie! Oh I know that just fills up your heart! The blond girl sure resembles her Nana!! WE are so blessed with these grandies of ours, huh?
ReplyDeleteHugs to you dear friend.

Woof! Woof! Very CUTE! Happy Birthday celebration! LOVE the braids. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteI still have my children's legos too. I'm eagerly waiting for the grandkids to get a little older so they can enjoy them as much as their mama and uncle Andrew did. I love your white pelicans. We had a colony of white pelicans at the marsh where we lived in Wisconsin. They were a bit misplaced there. They, by all rights, should not have been in Wisconsin. But I'm glad they were! Enjoy your grandgirls! We both know how fast they grow!
