This weekend we celebrated our oldest grandson's upcoming birthday; he is turning 10. Gosh, I still remember being at the hospital when he was born; the years have flown by. We are so very proud of you John.
Surrounded by siblings and cousins...such love.
Lilly had to be part of the party as well. Her training is going well and Kim's little ones aren't bothered any more when she wants to play.
Mom, Dad and baby sister.
Brother Ben looks on because somehow his name is on this present too. All the kiddos love the audio series Jonathon Park and so Uncle Eric and Aunt Kim got communicator watches for the two boys. What a hit.
Speaking of hits, the kids have never seen a pinata before-they had fun swinging at it.
Birthday cake in the morning, another special treat! A great time was had by all, except the uncle who is in Denmark on business.
Have a delightful day dear ones. Lots of love, Noreen
Looks like a fun party...Happy birthday to your sweet grandson! Have a good day! HUGS
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday John!! He is sooo handsome and looks soo happy! Isn't it wonderful just spending time with our kids and grands celebrating them!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you have a good weekend with your family surrounding you!! I know you love it like I do :)
and I love you!!
Noreen, it is always a pleasure to hear from you. Your oldest grandson and my son are the same age. I like 10. They are still sweet, but maturing.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter spent last week in Denver doing ministry to the homeless. She and a male staff member from the Bible college brought a van load of students to Denver for the week and she had a great time. She was a bingo caller at a senior citizens center for the homeless and even helped at a preschool for homeless. She said her favorite part was giving pastries to workers who stood on street corners waiting for someone to offer them work. Have a blessed week.......Denise
How fun does that look! A Happy Late Birthday wish to John. Love that you are able to be around your grands and that you spend lots of time with them. That is something my kids missed out on. Have a great day!
