Our good friends and neighbors, Dick and Rita.
                                               Rocky Mountain National Park
                                                            Simply Amazing!
There is still quite a bit of snow up there.
These guys looked like they were being paid to pose.

And I absolutely love the pictures. Since we do not travel, you always take me to places that I will never see. Oh the beauty...it takes my breath away.

  5. Wow...my brother said there was still a lot of snow....didn't quite realize how much. I know some have been worried about the melt off with so much. Praying it goes slowly so no flooding. Sometime you guys need to travel to the southwest part of the state. We have gone to Crested Butte for years. The town has kind of become all real estate offices....kind of grew too much. But find a nice place to stay and take off on all the roads leading up into the back country. So many gorgeous hiking trails and MANY roads that lead to pretty lakes where hiking isn't necessary. We've even taken some cars without 4 wheel up on those roads....easy to drive and GORGEOUS. Then head down to Ouray, Telluride and Durango. Some of those roads are a little more challenging but so gorgeous. I would love to camp at the top of Engineer's Pass. Ouray has a hot springs pool and a beautiful tent only campground on the side of the mountain. I LOVE that part of Colorado. We mix it up with B&B's and camping. And the drive to Ouray goes through a beautiful area with a great river for fishing and TONS of Aspen. Oh I wish we could be there now.

  7. Hi Miss Noreen,
It was so great hearing from you hon!!
I wondered what happened to you, but I know they have been having trouble with people leaving comments, so thought maybe that was it. Course,
summer time is here and all the kiddos are out of school, so people are just not visiting like usual cause they are out having fun.
Good for them!! I haven't been visiting as much as usual either,
    so can't complain........lol
Hope you are doing well, looks like yall are having lots of outdoor fun, these are beautiful pics, and love the baby quilt, so pretty.
    Very nice job hon,
    Take Care,
    Blessings, Nellie
