Happy Friday

Hello, I'm so glad you stopped by today; you might have visited earlier but as usual I was out hunting for bargains and then our oldest daughter and her youngins came over for lunch at the lake. The kiddos all played in the sand and it was such fun-the first time we've done it all summer.
Well, I have to say we had a great time at the concert last night.  We only have one Alan Jackson c.d. but loved his music; one thing especially refreshing about him is his humility.  Our arena was packed and it reminded me of concerts I went to some 40+ yrs ago.
This weekend we will be going on a bike ride with friends and then I'm not sure what else.  It is warm here today-mid to high 80's but the clouds are moving in so we may have thunder showers later.  What about you?  Any special plans for the weekend?
Blessings, Noreen

Hey Noreen....if you look again you will notice that my cookie recipe does have flour....in fact I had entered the wrong amount so had to change it. I'm in awe of those of you who figure out how to bake without flour. When our youngest was in high school she was having some health problems so we tried gluten free to see if that helped and thank God it didn't. I was horrible at the alternative recipes.

Hope you have a grand weekend!

I Love Alan Jackson! Have you ever read his wife's book? It's titled "It's all about HIM" true story of when she & Alan went through their marital issues and she found the LORD. IT IS AN AWESOME AWESOME BOOK! I read it in one setting! If you haven't read it, I HIGHLY recommend it :)

Have a blessed weekend my dear friend! Love and Hugs to you
